HEART RATE VARIABILITY AS A MARKER OF MAXIMUM PHYSICAL LOAD IN PEOPLE WITH OBESITY

چکیده
Introduction. Heart rate variability (HRV) and the autonomic nervous system are essential indicators of assessing body's functional state. Physical activity obesity, which current problems modern society, affect these indicators, but research on relationship between them is limited.
Purpose: to determine maximum level physical in obese people preoperative period.
Materials methods. A group individuals who were scheduled for weight loss surgery involved. The participants performed special tests exercises that allowed their exertion. Using a step test, included walk-up stairs complete exhaustion, heart variability, rate, recovery time after exercise recorded.
Results. Based analysis obtained data, it was established overweight patients can tolerate high exertion without significant changes blood pressure. At same time, patients, there decrease tolerance requires introducing safe into preparation with monitoring patient's general well-being.
Conclusion. Obese characterized by low activity, complicates prolongs its duration

Heart Rate Variability as a Functional Marker of Development
The normal growth includes maturation and an enlargement of the body size. The pace and speed of these changes vary from person to person and are conditioned by hereditary and environmental factors1. Nowadays, physical maturity beginsearlier than a century ago, probably due to better nutrition, general health and living conditions. However, development is the progressive ability of human beings...
متن کاملObesity and heart rate variability in men with myocardial infarction.
BACKGROUND Obesity has been shown to affect heart rate variability (HRV). Adipokines (hormone-like peptides secreted by adipose tissue) display several bioactivities and have an impact on the cardiovascular system. The aim of the study was to evaluate the impact of obesity (BMI > or = 30) and adipokines (leptin, adiponectin and resistin) on HRV. METHODS In 43 obese and 38 non-obese males with...
متن کاملHeart Rate Variability and Maximum Workload Reached in the Dynamic Physical Exertion Test in Elderly Men
Introduction: One of the benefits provided by regular physical activities seems to be the improvement of cardiac autonomic nervous system modulation. However, the role of physical activity as a determinant factor of the heart rate variability (HRV) is not well-established. Therefore, the aim of this study was to verify whether there was a correlation between resting heart rate and maximum workl...
متن کاملHeart Rate Variability During Physical Exercise
Heart rate variability (HRV) is the present oscillation of the heart rate. The interest in HRV as a parameter of the parasympathetic and sympathetic influence of the autonomic nervous system on the heart has increased in the last few decades (Kaikkonen et al., 2007). It is known that its influence changes under different conditions such as rest, exercise or mental stress and different body post...
متن کاملA Novel Fuzzy Based Method for Heart Rate Variability Prediction
Abstract In this paper, a novel technique based on fuzzy method is presented for chaotic nonlinear time series prediction. Fuzzy approach with the gradient learning algorithm and methods constitutes the main components of this method. This learning process in this method is similar to conventional gradient descent learning process, except that the input patterns and parameters are stored in mem...
